I believe that we all have an inner dancer, though sometimes we forget the dancer inside of us as we go through life.  I love watching dancers reclaim their radiant inner essence, beauty, and strength.  It is a joy and privelage to witness this "coming home" both in myself and others as we grow together on this journey.

Over the past 15 years, I have studied Healing Touch, Reiki, SoulCollage®, Middle Eastern Dance, and archetypes.  I like to consciously fuse healing/spiritual concepts with movement and dance, and have created experiential multi-sensory workshops such as Chakra Veil Dance, Ocean Veil Dance, and Finding Your Inner Goddess.  My latest passion is creating artistic dance videos with archetypal themes. 

I have a BS Ed in Community Health Promotion and Education and an MA in Wellness Management.  I am a Certified Clinical Research Professional.  For over 21 years, I've  worked with a wide variety of populations from infants through senior citizens as a health educator and clinical research coordinator in social service, education, and hospital settings. 

In 2007, I presented my Chakra Veil Dance workshop at the Healing Touch International Conference at Hilton Head.  In 2007, I also coordinated a fundraiser music and dance show, involving over 40 professional musicians and dancers, to benefit Highland's Nature Sanctuary.  In 2009 and again in 2015, I was invited to facilitate a teleconference class on movement and SoulCollage® for the website www.kaleidosoul.com.  I'm currently studying Caroline Myss's Sacred Contracts training, and working on a new film project titled "The Whisper of Trees".
